All are held at South-East Ottawa Centre for a Healthy Community, 1355 Bank Street, in Albion/Heatherington Rooms, 7th Floor (near Billings Bridge Plaza)

LunchAbility “Out and About”
The LunchAbility Out and About Program offers monthly bilingual, citywide programs along with a nutritious meal to adults with physical disabilities (18-59 years). It features accessible environments, attendant care, and volunteer support.

Tour of Governor General’s Residence and Picnic
Wednesday July 26th, 2006
Rideau Hall, 1 Sussex Drive
11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Join us as we walk through Canada’s history at Rideau Hall, the historic residence and workplace o the Governor General. The tour will be followed by a picnic on the grounds. (http://www.gg.ca).

Proceed through the “Princess Gate” and park or be dropped off at the RESIDENCE – Main Entrance (not the Visitors Centre).

Cost per program: $6.00 per person (includes lunch – no cost for tour)

SociAbility “Drop-In”

Visit our monthly afternoon drop-in for a light snack, an activity or a speaker, and some good conversation!

• Wednesdays June 7th from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. (no drop-in July and August)
“Upstairs at Loblaws” 2nd floor, Gloucester Centre Loblaws, 1980 Ogilvie Rd (& Blair Rd)

Cost: $2.00 per program
