Community & Home Support Services

2 positions available: 1 Full-time and 1 Half-time 

Annualised 08/09 Salary Range tops at $44,996 (35 hour work week), excellent benefit package

Joining a team of three Service Coordinators, coordinates home support services for seniors and adults with physical disabilities. Responsibilities include: client assessments, information & referral, advocacy, recruiting and interviewing home support workers/volunteers and linking them with clients, monitoring the worker/volunteer matches with clients, outreach to client groups, program development and implementation, and promotion. 

Post-secondary education in social sciences essential; previous related experience in home support services; experience working with seniors and with adults with physical disabilities. Fluency in English and in French is essential. Strong computer skills.
